Empowering You in the Kitchen
Our private cooking classes are designed to empower you in the kitchen by teaching culinary skills and simple, whole-foods recipes. We believe that cooking healthy, delicious meals should be a positive and joyful experience.
In our interactive, hands-on classes, our chef will guide you through making a few dishes together, while demonstrating knife safety, special techniques, and nutrition tips! Classes are fully customizable, based on your experience level and personal goals. We specialize in working with people with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, autoimmune paleo, and anti-inflammatory diets.
Class is done in the comfort of your own home, or for larger groups we have access to working in the beautiful learning kitchen at Portland Cookshop.
Each class has a 3 hour minimum and is priced at $125/hour + cost of food, with group sizes up to 6. Our chef will supply a complete shopping list before class, or can do the shopping for a $50 fee.
Book one class, or book a whole series where you can learn a variety of healthy new dishes! Custom menu and digital copies of each recipe are included.
